Boxing:
Eddie Croft
Owner, Eddie Croft, teaches of the youth, teen and adult boxing classes and trains B Street’s amateur and professional fighters. He is a very technical instructor and his classes are a great place to start for beginners.
Tarek Hararah
Tarek teaches the Wednesday boxing class at noon and he is around throughout the week to work with interested students. Tarek is a local amateur competitor and a USA Boxing Official. If you are in North Beach, San Francisco, make sure to stop by his cafe, 901 Columbus Caffe, for some great food, drink, and conversation.

Muay Thai:
Paul Brown
Paul Brown is our resident Muay Thai coach. Paul is “Class A” Muay Thai Fighter from Scotland. His class is a hardcore mix of strength conditioning, Muay Thai techniques and tactics, and sparring. Paul is always around to work with fighters and students , who are interested in taking their practice to the next level.
Freddy Silva
Freddy Silva teaches a combo class of intense core conditioning and muay thai techniques, as well as the assistant coach for the B Street Boxing Amateur team. His class is a fun and creative hour, incorporating ropes, weights, bag work, partnering, and more. If you are a beginner to muay thai, looking to get into shape and have a good time, come try out this class.
Freddy also teaches an outdoor, bootcamp class, on the weekends. Inquire for more details.
Kickboxing/Conditioning/Bootcamp:
Dan Wong
Dan Wong teaches an early bird kickboxing bootcamp. Dan comes from a diverse background of weight training and martial arts, including Wing Chun, Muay Thai, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He incorporates martial arts techniques with an intense conditioning workout.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu:
Romelo Melo
BJJ is taught by Romelo Melo, an accomplished black belt. He competes in BJJ tournaments and is a professional MMA fighter.
Ken Zen Do:
Lucas Okuma
Instructor Lucas Okuma teaches Ken Zen Do Karate to youth and adults. Ken Zen Do is a versatile and practical martial arts system, where students “encourage each other, help each other, enhance each other, and work out hard together.” Ken Zen Do students embrace the motto “when I become stronger, you become stronger too.” The class incorporates fitness, discipline, fun, respect, focus and self-defense techniques.
Yoga:
Kristin
Kristin teaches a power flow style of yoga with a focus on utilizing one’s breath to maximize their experience. She leads her classes through a diverse practice that incorporates continuous movement, and balance. Kristin’s class is great for athletes targeting muscles not typically used in other sports. Eddie recommends yoga to all members and competitors because it increases arm reach, concentration and speed. T/Th 7:15pm
